​ '타불러(tabbuli)' 라는 음식을 했다. Couscous Quinoa Bulgur 같은 곡류에다 갖가지 채소 잘게 썰어 넣고 올리브오일, 큐민가루, 레몬즙, 후추로 간을해서 섞여주면 된다 돈이 없어서 이탈리안 파슬리를 못사서 (ㅠ) 민트만 넣고 했는데 ..너무 맵다. ㅎ. 양파 맛 밖에 안난다.. 양파를 생으로 썰어넣지말고 물에다 넣어두거나 볶아서 매운기를 좀 뺐어야 했는데.. 덕분에 소스맛도 다 묻혔다. 소스가 어떤 맛인지 궁금했는데.. ㅠㅠ 내일 보고 볶던가 다른 요리에 넣어먹던가.. 하다보니 생각보다 양이 많아져서 양조절도 잘해야겠고, 토마토도 좀 잘써는 방법을 알아놔야겠다. 저렇게 물컹물컹한데 어떻게 잘게 썰지? 양념도 그냥 막 넣지말고 따로 양념 만들어서 간좀 보고 나중에 들이부어야겠다..

​Kleinmarkthalle에 갔다가 현지 소세지 맛집에서 소세지를 먹었다.+ 말그대로 작은 시장. 우리나라 수산시장, 농산물 시장처럼 건물 안에 정육점, 제과점, 채소가게 등이 모여있다. 신선한 대신 싸진 않았다. 시식이 많아서 좋았을 뿐. 2층 테라스에서는 할머니 할아버지들이 추운데도 밖에 서서 와인이나 샴페인 마시며 담소를 나누고 계신다. ​Mix로 잘못시켜서 2개 나왔는데 위 사진은 Beef 로 만든 Wurst (Rinder Wurst)라 한다. 이건 Pork로 만든 것.
